Happy Birthday Stefan

My best friend Stefan turned 1 today!!! Where did the time go? Here are some pics of him looking cute and enjoying his birthday.

Not quite sure if he likes cake yet...

Ok.. pretty sure he like cake now.

HE IS SOOO CUTE!!! (After the cake, obviously. Damage control.)

What would a cute baby be without an equally cute Mommy. Congrats on your 1 year old Gretchy!

This one could win the cutest baby contest...yes even I, Lila, will admit that.

The Swimsuit Edition

Aunt Denise got me a cute bathing suit for my 1st birthday. GG Nana liked it a lot too.

The Easter Bunny is in Town

Last weekend we went to visit both of my grandparents and our families for the Easter holiday.

Nana got me some bunny ears so I could blend in with the other bunnies.

Here I am with Great Grandad (on daddy's side)

Just hanging out enjoying the sunny weather

Aunt Denise sure can read a good book. Here we are looking at one of my early birthday presents together. This book (about dinosaurs, no less) was as equally entertaining as the wrapping paper it came in!

A family portrait. Everone was there... even Auntie Marzi..(ahh, technology)

Row, Row, Row, your Canoe

So the question of the last couple of weeks has been... "Lila.. when you are you going to update your blog?" " Lila, we really NEED to see some new pictures of you." Lila this, Lila that.. I really appreciate that you are all so interested, but as I have said before, I have an extremely demanding schedule that really keeps me crawling around all day.. Between my 3 naps, walks, and play dates, getting on the computer at the end of the day is not on the top of my list. But now that I have a spare moment, let me share with you some pictures of my very first boat ride.

Here I am getting my first rowing lesson in Grandpa Randy's canoe. First I thought I would try on my own...

... then Grandpa gave me some pointers... (he suggested NOT eating the life vest... but as you can see, I had other ideas)

and then finally I decided I would just rather have a hug.
